The premises at 1/172 Commercial Road, Koroit are located on Council owned land and managed by the Moyne Shire Council which are currently leased to Hayven Beauty in accordance with the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Commercial and Community Property Leasing Policy. The existing lease expires on 10 March 2025.
Pursuant to the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Commercial and Community Property Leasing Policy, Council intends negotiate a new agreement with the existing tenant for terms which include a 1-year lease and includes two additional lease terms of two years each commencing 11 March 2025. The purpose of the lease is for the existing tenant to continue operating their business.
Council seeks feedback from the public in regard to this re-leasing proposal. Feedback must be received by 5pm on Monday 31 March 2025.
