Marquee

Moyne Shire offers the use of a free marquee to support local festivals and events. Marquee Booking Form must be received at least three months ahead of the planned event, noting that this does not guarantee that the marquee will be available. The marquee is 6x3 metres, please fill in your application here  

Venue hire

Moyne Shire has a number of venues to hire including community halls, theatres and rooms available for casual and regular group hire. Please ensure you complete the appropriate application form at Venues for Hire

Equipment and infrastructure hire 

Council provides a limited range equipment and infrastructure to loan or hire:

  • Bollards for road closures
  • PA system
  • A frame and sign boards
  • Accessibility equipment such as portable ramps, portable accessible toilet, a beach wheelchair, signage.

Visitor information centre marketing support

The Port Fairy and region visitor information centre is an essential distribution outlet for marketing materials promoting your event. Our volunteer ambassadors maintain a wealth of knowledge to share with visitors but need your updates, support and involvement to ensure your event benefits.
