Kindergarten Enrolments 2025

Step 1.Prepare your documents.

You will need to upload copies of the following documents:

• Immunisation History Statement from Australian Immunisation Record (AIR) (required)
• Child’s Birth Certificate (required)
• Any current concession cards (if applicable)
• Court Order (if applicable)
• Intervention Order (if applicable)
• Medical Management Plans (if applicable)

Step 2.Create account.

For existing families:

If you already have a XAP account, continue to Log in to XAP. You can also download the app from your devices app store and follow the instructions on how to enrol. Click here for instructions(PDF, 561KB)

For new families:

If you do not already have an account, you will need to create an account. Complete all the details and click create account. You will then need to check your email and follow the instructions to activate your account (check your junk folder as well).

Once you've set-up your account, continue to Log in to XAP. and follow the instructions on how to enrol. (PDF, 523KB)Click here for instructions(PDF, 625KB)

Step 3.Complete Enrolment Form

Once you login you need to hit the Wait list button to complete your enrolment.

Click Edit Enrolment and go through each tab, completing required information. You can proceed once each tab is complete with a green tick.

Ensure you select the program you wish to enrol in and put in the correct dates for the following year (31 January 2025 - 18 December 2025) - it will not work without this. 

Once all is complete click Save.

Step 4.Complete other required forms

Families are required to complete the forms below. Your enrolment is incomplete and will not be allocated if these are not completed.

• Parental Education and Occupation Form
• Free Kindergarten Form
