When works are to be conducted within a road reserve owned by council, consent must be given by council before works can commence.

Requesting works within a road reserve

• Complete an application form
• Works within road reserve application form(DOCX, 40KB)
  Works within road reserve minor application form(DOCX, 37KB)
• Attach a site plan to your application if available
• The application should be lodged along with the appropriate fee
• Council will process the application and you will then receive notification of whether the works can commence
• Work must not begin until consent has been granted
• Once works are complete notification must be given to council
