Moyne farewells Peter Brown

Moyne Shire Council has farewelled Peter Brown after four months as Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Jodie McNamara is now Acting CEO until Mark Eversteyn begins on Monday July 15.

Mayor Cr Ian Smith thanked Mr Brown for filling the roll following the resignation of Brett Davis earlier in the year.

“Peter has been a steady and experienced hand who has helped guide the organisation thorough a tough budget process and the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer,” he said.

“We thank him for him for talking on the roll and I know our team have enjoyed his guidance, good humour and knowledge.”
